Soccer Recap: Fairfield Central Comes Up Short

Fairfield Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 10-2 to the Columbia Capitals. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Fairfield Central were already down 6-0.

Fairfield Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Columbia, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-3.

While Fairfield Central had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
