Basketball Recap: Crescent City Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against St. Martin's Episcopal on Friday, Crescent City Christian came back down to earth. The Crescent City Christian Pioneers took a 51-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Landry-Walker on Saturday. The Pioneers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Landry-Walker apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2021.

Crescent City Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Landry-Walker, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Crescent City Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 51-42 loss against Landry on the 1st. Landry-Walker does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
