Basketball Recap: Ponca's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Ponca was the 46-37 winner over Boone Central when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Ponca Indians fell 51-38 to the Boone Central Cardinals on Saturday.

Ponca's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-11. As for Boone Central, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ponca will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Norfolk Catholic on February 14th. Boone Central has already played their next game (against Crofton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
