Basketball Recap: Long County Takes a Loss

Long County suffered their biggest defeat since December 30, 2023 on Friday. They lost 52-32 to the Calvary Day Cavaliers. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Blue Tide's biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Long County now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Calvary Day, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-6.

Long County has already played their next contest, a 64-52 loss against Windsor Forest on the 1st. As for Calvary Day, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 59-48 victory against Johnson on the 1st.
