Nevada came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Gurdon Go-Devils, falling 8-2. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Blue Jays couldn't push the score so high this time.

Nevada's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Gurdon, with the victory, they broke their 15-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-2.
