Deuel strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Groton Tigers get on the board and left with a 20-0 win. For the Cardinals, this counts as revenge for the 14-9 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Deuel's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Groton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
