Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hayden). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Cleveland Panthers a 14-0 shutout on Thursday. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Hayden's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Cleveland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-12.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Hayden Wildcats take on Oak Grove Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Oak Grove will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Hayden surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cleveland, they will square off against West End at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
