If Ness City wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played St. Francis, they should've done a better job of containing Lucas Raile. The St. Francis Indians breezed by the Ness City Eagles to the tune of 47-0 on Thursday thanks in part to Raile, who rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble and made seven total tackles (3.0 for loss) in addition to snagging an interception.

Another player making a difference was Layn Todd, who rushed for 40 yards and three touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of St. Francis' success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).
