Basketball Recap: Roseland University Prep Snaps Nine-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Roseland University Prep). They took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 62-24 victory over the Victory Christian Academy Eagles. The win was some much needed relief for the Knights as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Roseland University Prep's victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6. As for Victory Christian Academy, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Roseland University Prep is taking a road trip to take on Elsie Allen at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Victory Christian Academy and Rio Lindo Adventist will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Rio Lindo Adventist is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.8 points per game this season.
