After having lost a blowout in their previous game against John Carroll Catholic, Sipsey Valley was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Holy Spirit Catholic Saints with a sharp 4-1 victory. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Saints recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Sipsey Valley now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Holy Spirit Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-19.

Coming up, Sipsey Valley will take on Hillcrest at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holy Spirit Catholic, they will square off against Tuscaloosa Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
