Baseball Game Preview: Franklin Quakers vs. Rainier Beach Vikings

For the second straight game, Franklin will face off against Rainier Beach. The Quakers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Vikings at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Franklin is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Rainier Beach 22-2 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Quakers in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won nine in a row.

For Rainier Beach's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ala'Saga Mu'Ied, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Palani Hesus also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Franklin's win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Rainier Beach, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.
