Soccer Recap: SA Roosevelt Takes a Loss

SA Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the Brandeis Broncos. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Broncos this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in February.

SA Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 2-19-1. As for Brandeis, their win bumped their record up to 12-4-3.

Looking ahead, SA Roosevelt will face off against Madison at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. SA Roosevelt has given up an average of 5.5 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for Brandeis, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Reagan at 2:00 p.m.
