Wilson had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pottsville Crimson Tide. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Pottsville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Rhyan Brenna, who had ten digs, three aces, and two blocks. Another player making a difference was Megan Yost, who had five digs and two aces.
