Volleyball Recap: Quarry Lane's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Quarry Lane had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the California School for the Deaf Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Quarry Lane was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-14, 25-14.

Quarry Lane's victory bumped their record up to 10-14. As for California School for the Deaf, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Quarry Lane will host Redwood Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, California School for the Deaf and Valley Christian will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
