Softball Recap: General Brown Now 6-1 over Last Seven Games

General Brown's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Lowville Red Raiders by a score of 5-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-2 on Thursday.

Raegan Burgenstock spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on seven hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Leah Chisamore, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

General Brown is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Lowville, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.

As of now, neither General Brown nor the Red Raiders have any future games scheduled.
