Volleyball Recap: DeWitt Takes a Loss

DeWitt lost against Catholic Central back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 2-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Cara Wolf was the offensive standout of the contest as she had nine digs and two assists.

DeWitt's defeat dropped their record down to 16-12-1. As for Catholic Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-10-1 record this season.

DeWitt didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Bronson on the 18th. As for Catholic Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Portage Central on the 18th.
