Emma Kriegstein Game Report: @ Allentown

While Matawan Regional might've come up empty on Thursday, Emma Kriegstein wasn't going down without a fight. Kriegstein turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and seven unearned) runs off ten hits.

Coming up, Kriegstein and Matawan Regional will square off against Marlboro at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Kriegstein's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Huskies' three-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Kriegstein and the Huskies surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Friday's match.
