Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lynden Christian). They never let the Bellingham Bayhawks get on the board and left with a 16-0 victory on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Lyncs in their matchups with the Bayhawks: they've now won six in a row.

Lynden Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Bellingham, their loss was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Lynden Christian and Bellingham will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Lyncs see the field they'll take on Blaine at 4:30 p.m. on the 15th. As for Bellingham, their break will end when they face Sehome at 4:30 p.m. on the 15th.
