Marcus hasn't lost a match since January 11th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Braswell Bengals as the Marcus Marauders made off with a 3-0 victory. The Marauders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by three goals or more this season.

Kananelo Dube and Ethan Garza scored all three of Marcus' goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Marcus is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five games. As for Braswell, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marcus will welcome Guyer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Braswell, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Flower Mound at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
