Soccer Preview: Huron Hunts for Offense After a Cold Stretch

The Huron Tigers will stay at home for another game and welcome the Port Clinton Redskins at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Huron's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Monday, Huron came up short against Oak Harbor and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Woodmore kept up with Port Clinton until halftime on Monday, but afterwards: not so much. The Redskins' defense stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 3-0 shutout.

Huron is now 3-6, having gone 2-1 since their five-game losing streak ended. As for Port Clinton, the victory improved their record to 4-4.
