Wilson Prep extended their home winning streak to 14 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Paris Best. The Wilson Prep Tigers took their match on Friday with ease, bagging a 61-23 victory over the Southeast Halifax Trojans thanks in part to Best, who went 10-for-16 en route to 24 points and eight steals. Her evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 20 points.

Another player making a difference was Nakiya Boston, who went 6-for-10 on her way to 16 points. She is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last four games she's played.

Wilson Prep's record is now 21-1. As for Southeast Halifax, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-20.
