The South Brunswick Cougars will challenge the Seaforth Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Seaforth will be up against a hot South Brunswick squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Cougars simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat West Bladen 35-7. The matchup marked the Cougars' most dominant victory of the season.

South Brunswick's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Amerius Revels, who rushed for 102 yards and three scores. Revels' rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards. Another passer making a difference was Jayden Daniels, who threw for 252 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 81.2% of his passes.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Seaforth, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. Their defense stepped up to hand Carrboro a 57-0 shutout on Thursday. The Hawks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

South Brunswick better keep an eye on Duncan Parker. He was instrumental in Seaforth's win, throwing for 221 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes, and also rushing for 90 yards and a pair of scores. Parker's passing game has become a key predictor of the Hawks' success: the team is 4-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-4 otherwise.

The win got Seaforth back to even at 5-5. As for South Brunswick, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
