Football Game Preview: Hollywood Sheiks vs. Contreras Cobras

The Hollywood Sheiks will face off against the Contreras Cobras at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hollywood has given up an average of 32.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Hollywood's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Bernstein on Friday. They were outmatched by the Dragons and fell 54-0. Having soared to a lofty 35 points in the game before, the Sheiks' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Contreras). They breezed past Belmont to the tune of 48-6 on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Cobras in their matchups with the Sentinels: they've now won six in a row.

Contreras didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Yonathan Trejillo and Alex Vasquez. Jayden Rocha was another major factor on D, making ten total tackles (2.0 for loss).

The win got Contreras back to even at 3-3. As for Hollywood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.
