Volleyball Recap: Hughesville Takes a Loss

Hughesville was the 3-1 winner over Danville when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans lost 3-0 to the Ironmen on Thursday.

Hughesville dropped their record down to 4-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Danville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hughesville will face off against Central Columbia at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Danville, they will challenge Central Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
