Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clint). They put the hurt on the Fabens Wildcats with a sharp 5-2 victory on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Lions as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Clint's victory bumped their record up to 4-11. As for Fabens, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Coming up, Clint is taking a road trip to challenge Ysleta at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Ysleta's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Clint has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road. As for Fabens, they will welcome Mountain View at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Fabens is facing Mountain View at the right time seeing as Mountain View is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
