Soccer Recap: Jackson County Comes Up Short

Jackson County lost against Cannon County back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Blue Devils took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions.

Jackson County's loss dropped their record down to 5-7-2. As for Cannon County, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-1-1 and their overall record up to 3-5-1.

Jackson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cannon County, they will face off against Smith County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Smith County will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Cannon County surely won't give up without a fight.
