Munford won the last time they faced Raleigh-Egypt and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Munford Cougars came out on top in a nail-biter against the Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs, sneaking past 77-75. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Munford had a senior duo take command as JaDyn Lee dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten boards and Elisha Patrick went 6 of 7 on his way to 20 points and three steals. Patrick continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Josiah Hawkins, who went 6 for 14 en route to 16 points.

Munford has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 34.1% in those games and 26.1% outside of them. As for Raleigh-Egypt, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15.

Munford will face off against Memphis Home Education Association at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Munford is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 68.3 points per game this season. As for Raleigh-Egypt, they will venture away from home to challenge Covington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
