Last Friday, McLouth was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 34-29 to Valley Falls. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Jefferson County North, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Pleasant Ridge back in December of 2024, sneaking past 32-29.

The win got Jefferson County North back to even at 2-2. As for McLouth, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

McLouth was taken down by Jefferson County North 50-23 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can McLouth avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
