Basketball Recap: West Limestone Takes a Loss

West Limestone was the 55-35 winner over Elkmont when they last played one another back in November, but their luck changed this time around. The West Limestone Wildcats fell to the Elkmont Red Devils 47-42.

West Limestone's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Elkmont, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

The future could be bright for both West Limestone and Elkmont: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. West Limestone will try to hand Clements their seventh-straight loss when the two meet at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Elkmont will look to extend Brindlee Mountain's ten-game losing streak when the meet at 8:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
