Millville has gone 9-1 against Absegami recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Thunderbolts will be playing at home against the Braves at 4:00 p.m. Millville will be strutting in after a win while Absegami will be coming in after a loss.

Millville came out on top against Washington Township on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run second inning. The Thunderbolts took their matchup against the Minutemen 6-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Thunderbolts.

The team relied heavily on Cole Mulharan, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Trevor Yeager was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI.

Meanwhile, Absegami didn't have quite enough to beat Williamstown on Friday and fell 6-5.

Millville's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-10. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Absegami, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.

Millville was able to grind out a solid victory over Absegami in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, winning 4-0. Will the Thunderbolts repeat their success, or do the Braves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
