After a string of three wins, Chardon's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Madison Blue Streaks. The game marked the Hilltoppers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Chardon's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-2. As for Madison, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.

Chardon and Chagrin Falls will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Madison, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Perry at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Madison's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
