Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dedham). They had just enough and edged out the Milton Wildcats 12-11 on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Marauders considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Julia Walsh made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up five earned runs off 11 hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 3-for-5. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season.
