Recap: Odyssey Charter School Titans vs. West Shore Wildcats
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Odyssey Charter School Titans can now relate to. They fell 49-38 to the Wildcats on Tuesday. Odyssey Charter School has not had much luck with West Shore recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Despite the loss, Odyssey Charter School saw an underclassman step up: Malik Brown dropped a double-double on 11 points and 13 rebounds. Ephram Welsh was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Odyssey Charter School has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for West Shore, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-12.
Odyssey Charter School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Shore, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-38 loss vs. Cocoa Beach on the 8th.
