The Hawthorne Math & Science Academy Aviators will challenge the Glenn Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hawthorne Math & Science Academy will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last.

Hawthorne Math & Science Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Nuview Bridge. Mateo Duran had to tread lightly for part of the match after he was hit with a yellow card, but that was the only trouble the Aviators got from the refs.

Adam Osmali and Diego De La Torre scored all three of Hawthorne Math & Science Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 25 goals.

Meanwhile, while the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Glenn who was credited with the victory on Saturday. Glenn got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Flintridge Prep's two. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Glenn pushed their record up to 13-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three contests. As for Hawthorne Math & Science Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.
