Delavan and Mt. Pulaski are an even 4-4 against one another since May of 2015, but likely not for long. The Delavan Panthers will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers at 4:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Zach McLean was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Cole Noreuil, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Mt. Pulaski put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let Decatur Eisenhower onto the board and left with a 14-0 victory.
Delavan's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Mt. Pulaski, they pushed their record up to 8-0 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
