Volleyball Recap: Campbell County Camels vs. South Bison
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Laramie, Campbell County was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the South Bison. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Camels yet this season.
Campbell County was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved they're ace total in three consecutive matchups.
The victory snapped Campbell County's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-14 record. As for South, they dropped their record down to 3-17 with the loss, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.
Campbell County will welcome Sheridan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South, they are taking a road trip to face off against Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. South is facing Central at the right time seeing as Central is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
