Basketball Recap: Innovations International Takes a Loss

Innovations International was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. 2025 welcomed they with a 71-47 loss courtesy of the Del Sol Dragons. The Ambassadors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Dragons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2019.

Jaeden Alexander continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Del Sol, putting up 27 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Prince Jackson, who posted 15 points.

Innovations International's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Del Sol, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-6.

Innovations International wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, an 83-70 defeat against Doral Academy Red Rock on the 8th. As for Del Sol, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 77-33 loss against Legacy on the 6th.
