After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Brimfield, Macomb was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Brown County Hornets as they made off with a 17-2 victory. The win continues a trend for the Bombers in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now won three in a row.

Kendyl Danner made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had over her last ten contests. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, three runs, and one triple.

In other batting news, Olivia Whitney and Josie Elbe did most of the damage at the plate: Whitney went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI, while Elbe went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
