Southmoore scored a shocking upset when it eliminated Edmond Memorial, 17-3. At the time, the Bulldogs were ranked 11th in the state, while the SaberCats were 31st.

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Norman, who defeated 18th ranked Edmond Santa Fe, 28-14.

Jonah Llanusa threw for 233 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was 23-56 with 2 interceptions.

Llanusa put up the best numbers through the air as Choctaw lost to Mustang. Llanusa's favorite target this week was Jacob Rapp, who caught 11 passes for 141 yards.

6-foot-1 quarterback Llanusa of the Yellowjackets is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,647. He has also thrown 9 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Malik Earl. The Edmond Santa Fe star has 22 catches for 455 yards.

The most important game in 6A District 4 this week will be the match up between the Wolves and Edmond Memorial. Edmond Santa Fe enters the game ranked 22nd in the state, while Justin Merideth's team ranks 13th.

Next week's game between Choctaw and Southmoore will feature a good passing match up as Llanusa will test his arm against Tristan Johnson's defensive ability.

Jeff Brickman's team was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fourth to second in the league. The SaberCats vanquished the Bulldogs 17-3 earlier in the week.
