Buckeye Trail came tearing into Thursday's contest with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Bellaire Big Reds 3-0. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Big Reds, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Buckeye Trail took every set by at least 16 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-6, 25-9.

Jersey Eddy paced Buckeye Trail's offense, picking up 12 kills. Eddy got some help from Anna Mcvicker and her 13 assists. Avery Wayble controlled things from the service line, finishing with nine aces.

Buckeye Trail's victory bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Bellaire, they dropped their record down to 3-17 with the loss, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Buckeye Trail has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Hiland on the 20th. Bellaire does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
