Softball Recap: Upper Cape Cod RVT Comes Up Short

If Upper Cape Cod RVT was feeling good fresh off their 22-16 takedown of Old Colony RVT on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Upper Cape Cod RVT lost 14-5 to Norfolk County Agricultural on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Norfolk County Agricultural this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-11 last Monday.

Upper Cape Cod RVT saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rosalie Neville, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Another was Kenley Thomas, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Upper Cape Cod RVT dropped their record down to 2-7 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Norfolk County Agricultural, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6.
