Soccer Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Jordan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Millikan Rams, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 794th, while the Rams are ranked 13th).

Jordan's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-2. As for Millikan, they pushed their record up to 15-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Jordan will challenge Woodrow Wilson on Friday. As for Millikan, they will venture away from home to take on Cabrillo at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Millikan's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Cabrillo's offense will have their work cut out for them.
