Baseball Game Preview: David Douglas Scots vs. Barlow Bruins

For the second straight game, David Douglas will face off against Barlow. The Scots will look to defend their home field on Monday against the Bruins at 5:00 p.m. David Douglas has now lost ten straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 17.

David Douglas saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kevin Rodriguez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run. Konner Adams also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Barlow has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-10 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for David Douglas, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-17.
