Volleyball Recap: Hopewell Takes a Loss

Hopewell lost against Colonial Heights back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Blue Devils came up short against the Colonials, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-7, 25-11.

Hopewell dropped their record down to 5-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Colonial Heights, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-9.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hopewell will challenge rival Meadowbrook at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Colonial Heights is set to square off against their familiar foe Matoaca at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
