Softball Preview: Lincoln Railsplitters vs. Bedford Kicking Mules
Lincoln is 7-2 against Bedford since May of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Lincoln Railsplitters will head out on the road to take on the Bedford Kicking Mules at 4:00 p.m. Lincoln will be strutting in after a win while Bedford will be coming in after a defeat.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 17 runs the game before, Bedford was a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Chelsea.
The win got Lincoln back to even at 1-1. As for Bedford, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
Everything went Lincoln's way against Bedford in their previous matchup back in April of 2023 as Lincoln made off with a 14-4 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lincoln since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
