Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Hartselle's 17th in Last 19 Outings

It was a proper cat-fight when Hartselle duked it out with Spring Garden on Saturday. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Panthers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2019.

Abigail Preuitt paced Hartselle's offense, picking up ten kills. Preuitt got some help from Maddy Johnson and her 26 assists. Lyndie Springer controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Hartselle has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 38-12 record this season. As for Spring Garden, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-14.

Hartselle wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Scottsboro on the 11th. Spring Garden has also already played their next contest (against Jacksonville Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
