Rappahannock is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Northumberland, sneaking past 1-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Raiders have posted since April 2nd.

Meanwhile, Lancaster made easy work of Middlesex on Tuesday and carried off an 8-2 win. The Red Devils haven't had any issues with the Chargers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Braden George spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on six hits and racked up eight Ks.

On the hitting side, Trevor Pittman was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Thomas Major, who went 1-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.

Rappahannock's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Lancaster, their victory bumped their record up to 19-5.
