Soccer Game Preview: Lincoln vs. Mira Loma

The Lincoln Fighting Zebras will face off against the Mira Loma Matadors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lincoln's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Lincoln is headed into the contest having not lost since December 7 and will look to keep things rolling. They and Center finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Fighting Zebras have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Arturo Fuentes, who's now up to 12 this season.

Meanwhile, Mira Loma sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over Oakmont on Wednesday.

Mira Loma's victory bumped their record up to 5-3-1. Lincoln's draw makes their record 5-3-2 this season.

Lincoln beat Mira Loma 3-1 when the teams last played back in December of 2019. Does Lincoln have another victory up their sleeve, or will Mira Loma turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
