The Sugar Creek Wildcats posted their biggest victory yet this season on Monday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 76-24 win over Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy. That's another feather in the cap for Sugar Creek, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sugar Creek to victory, but perhaps none more so than Terry Watson, who scored 15 points along with five assists and three steals. Watson is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Corde Harrison, who scored 14 points along with five steals.
Sugar Creek has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.
Sugar Creek will face off against Highland Tech at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy, they will play host again and welcome Combine Academy Global, where tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
