Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Addison Burhite and Faye Realina Lead Tabb to Victory + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Tabb rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Norcom Greyhounds as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Greyhounds recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tabb was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-3, 25-9, 25-13.

Tabb was led to victory by Faye Realina and Addison Burhite. Realina had six digs and four aces, while Burhite had six aces and two assists. That's the most aces Burhite has posted since back in September of 2024. Marley Johnson also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Tabb was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 27 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in ten consecutive matches.

Tabb's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Norcom, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-16.

Tabb has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Colonial Heights on the 11th. Norcom does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
